Marien van Os

I'm Marien van Os, a developer and cyclist in Utrecht. I've been building for the web since 1998 — my first job was the site for Dutch Sesame Street, and since then I've worked on large sites for KLM, Rabobank, Heineken, ABN AMRO and Funda. Today I'm a senior frontend developer at Mingle Sport, building team management software for football clubs, and I run WatchMy.bike, where cyclists track the components on their bikes. I've logged more than 50,000 km and keep a ride log at marvos.bike.

• WatchMy.bike — component and maintenance tracking for cyclists, pulling mileage from Strava so you know when a chain is due instead of guessing.
• marvos.bike — my public ride log, running since 2015.
• Mingle Sport — the team management app for football clubs, amateur and professional, where I'm the frontend developer: schedules, line-ups, attendance and match stats.
